WHAT IS A SEED BOMB?
Firstly it is NOT EXPLOSIVE and NOT EDIBLE!
A seed bomb is a little ball which consists of everything needed to
grow a plant.
The growing medium provides a good source of food and nutrients to
give the seedlings a good start in life.
They can be stored/kept for a season or more before planted
-provided they are stored in a cool dry dark place-
When dropped or thrown on the ground in Spring-Summer-early autumn, they will be exposed to the right conditions to aid germination.
They are perfect for planting on inaccessible places, wasteland and abandoned disused
areas, or ugly roundabouts!
Or simply drop them in your own garden.
They can be laid out on bare ground or in pots or trays on a windowsill
with water and enough light they will germinate and grow.
Thin seedlings as necessary to allow for the stronger plants to flourish.
They make great gifts/ Tributes and wedding favours
